The campaign’s new recipe book is now available online: a collection of original recipes featuring Italian pork and cured meats, designed to inspire new pairings and bring contemporary gourmet ideas into the kitchen. The recipes are accompanied by a selection of photographs taken during the photo shoot organised to mark the launch of the three-year campaign co-financed by the European Union.
