80g SPINACH SALAD
200g SALAMI
80g YELLOW CHERRY TOMATO CHUTNEY

25g WHITE ONIONS
35g SUGAR
30ml APPLE VINEGAR
10ml EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
7.5g GINGER
2gS ALT
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and onion into julienne.
Place everything in a pan with oil and start cooking gently.
When the onion has softened slightly, add the vinegar, chopped ginger and the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking until reduced.
Preparation
Heat and crisp up the pinsa.
As soon as they come out of the oven, stuff with stracciatella, spinach, chutney and thinly sliced salami
