‘TRUST YOUR TASTE, CHOOSE EUROPEAN QUALITY’ BRINGS INNOVATION, TASTE AND SUSTAINABILITY TO TUTTOFOOD
From 22 to 26 October in Milan, TUTTOFOOD, the B2B exhibition for the entire agro-food ecosystem that is among the most innovative in Europe and an international reference point for producers and distributors of quality products from the entire food and beverage chain, returns.
Trust Your Taste, CHOOSE EUROPEAN QUALITY” will be present in Hall 6 at stand H16-H20 to tell its story, provide information on the sector, meet companies and operators in the meat and charcuterie supply chain, and explain the support that the Association provides through its services to companies.
Every day the stand will be animated by various activities, also online, to involve the entire community of operators at 360°. There will also be tasting moments, thanks to the collaboration with Sadler Catering by Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler.
At TUTTOFOOD, ASSICA will also organise three specific appointments, which will touch on issues of keen interest for professionals:
the first workshop, entitled “Export in Brexit sauce” (23 October – Retail Plaza, 3.30 pm), will address the issue of the free movement of people, goods, services and capital between Europe and the United Kingdom, following the latter’s exit from the European single market.
This will be followed by ‘The consumption of cured meats in Italy: data, trends and news from the market’ (24 October – Retail Plaza, 5.00 p.m.), a focus on the Italian cured meats market, with an analysis of consumption and the main trends underway, realised in collaboration with IRI, a research company specialised in big data, analytics and insight.
The cycle of meetings organised by ASSICA will be closed by a technical workshop entitled ‘Unfair practices in the agrifood supply chain: the steps forward’ (25 October – Retail Plaza, 3.30 pm), which will address the novelties, unresolved points and operational criticalities foreshadowed in the transposition of Directive 633/2019, awaited by all operators in the agrifood supply chain, which lays the foundations for a new approach to the regulation of commercial practices between operators.
